**Online Booking Confirmation:**
A credit card is required to hold your online appointment.
**Cancellation Policy:**
We understand that plans can change, and sometimes cancellations are necessary. To accommodate this, we have a flexible cancellation policy:
- If you cancel your appointment at least 48hours in advance, your credit card will not be charged.
- Cancellations made within 12hours of your prime appointment will result in a 50% charge of total appointment cost.
**No-Show Policy:**
Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will also be charged 50%, and a deposit will be required for any future bookings.
We believe that this deposit policy will help us maintain the highest level of service and ensure that our time and our other clients time is utilized effectively. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

At The Collective Beauty Studio, we strive to provide our valued clients with the best possible experience and ensure that prime appointment slots are available to those who truly need them. To further enhance the efficiency of our scheduling and to accommodate the high demand for these coveted time slots, we are implementing a new deposit policy for prime appointments.

The deposit amount for prime appointments will be 50% of the total price of the service. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.
